At Initial stage, GESE exams take the form of an unscripted conversation with a Trinity examiner. The examiner uses visual materials to engage the candidate and create an authentic conversation to test their speaking and listening skills.

Trinity GESE 1: 7-8 years old (CEFR level Pre A1 – 5 minutes)

Trinity GESE 2: 8-9 years old (CEFR level A1 – 6 minutes)

Trinity GESE 3: 9-11 years old (CEFR level A2.1 – 7 minutes)

Cambridge English Young Learners consists of three key levels of assessment: Starters, Movers and Flyers.
Pupil Cubs will offer you some material for STARTERS and MOVERS.

STARTERS- PRE A1
Listening (20 mins), reading and writing (20 mins) and speaking (3 to 5 mins)

MOVERS- A1
Listening (25 mins), reading and writing (30 mins) and speaking (5 to 7 mins)
